Welcome to my website!
I am a postdoctoral fellow at Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. I completed my doctoral degree in Public Policy (Management, Leadership, and Decision Science Area) at Harvard University.Â
My core research agenda centers on understanding the role of emotion in human behavior, with a particular focus on its implications for employee well-being, interpersonal relationships, and organizational functioning. I pursue this agenda through two main streams. In the first stream, I investigate how people can manage their feelings wisely, especially in challenging situations (e.g., onset of COVID-19, chronic work stressors, difficult conversations on diversity, equity, and inclusion), including through brief, scalable online training and AI-assisted approaches. In the second stream, I examine the role of emotion in judgment and decision-making, aiming to help employees and managers make better decisions regarding their health, social, and professional outcomes.
