Welcome to my website.

I’m a behavioral scientist and data scientist at Uber in San Francisco. I completed my PhD at Harvard University and postdoctoral research at the University of Virginia.

My academic work focuses on decision science, behavior change, and well-being, particularly through scalable interventions. I bring over a decade of experience conducting behavioral research across 100+ studies, with 70K+ participants from 80+ countries. I use mixed methods, with a strong focus on quantitative approaches (e.g., A/B tests, surveys, and text analysis).
