I’m a behavioral scientist and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, previously at Harvard University.

My work focuses on decision science, behavior change, and well-being, particularly through scalable interventions. I bring over a decade of experience conducting behavioral research across 100+ studies, with 70K+ participants from 80+ countries. I use mixed methods, with a strong focus on quantitative approaches (e.g., A/B tests, surveys, and text analysis).
