Welcome to my website!

I am a postdoctoral fellow at Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. I completed my doctoral degree in Public Policy (Management, Leadership, and Decision Science Area) at Harvard University.

My research consists of two streams, both with important implications for employee well-being and organizational functioning. In the first stream, I study how we navigate and shape emotions—our own and others’—to make wiser decisions and foster well-being. In the second stream, I explore how we navigate and shape communication around diversity, equity, and inclusion to create more supportive workplaces.
